What is a System Member? New: Regular Membership entitles each retirement system to two (2) votes. Each system is required to pay Annual Membership Dues of $50. To be eligible to participate in a roll call on matters coming before the conference, the dues for your system must be current and the official delegates or alternates must be registered for the conference. Other members of the retirement system and their guest or spouse are welcome to attend the conference but cannot vote. Renewal: Regular Membership may be renewed on an annual basis by payment of the Annual Membership Dues of $50. In the event payment of the foregoing Participating (System) Annual Renewal Membership Dues are not received within forty-five (45) days of the established deadline, said members shall be assessed a penalty of 25% of the applicable membership dues.
New: Affiliate Membership (non-voting) requires payment of Annual Membership Dues of $50. Renewal: Affiliate Membership may be renewed on an annual basis by payment of the Annual Membership Dues of $50.In the event payment of the foregoing Participating (System) Annual Renewal Membership Dues are not received within forty-five (45) days of the established deadline, said members shall be assessed a penalty of 25% of the applicable membership dues.
New: A Corporate Membership (non-voting) allows an organization to send two representatives to both semi-annual conferences. A New Corporate Member is required to pay a $3,000 Initiation Fee plus Annual Membership Dues of $600. New Corporate Membership applicants will be asked to submit a profile of their firm including area of expertise, client list, and corporate structure. Corporate Membership is capped at 180 members. Renewal: A Corporate Member shall pay Annual Membership Dues of $600 to maintain membership. An Associate Member shall pay Annual Membership Dues of $300 per each Associate Representative to maintain membership. In the event payment of the foregoing Corporate/Associate Annual Renewal Membership Dues are not received within forty-five (45) days of the established deadline, said members shall be assessed a penalty of 25% of the applicable membership dues. In the event payment of the foregoing Corporate/Associate Annual Renewal Membership Dues are not received within seventy-five (75) days of the established deadline, said members shall be assessed a penalty of 25% of the applicable membership dues, shall be required to pay 50% of current new member initiation fee, and shall be subject to corporate membership availability. In the event payment of the foregoing Corporate/Associate Annual Renewal Membership Dues are not received within one (1) year of the established deadline, said members shall be required to reapply for membership, shall be required to pay 100% of new member initiation fee, and shall subject to corporate membership availability.
